Does Pivvi read or store my conversations?
No. Everything happens locally in your browser. When you trigger a rescue, Pivvi reads the chat on the page you're looking at, compresses it locally, and puts it on your clipboard. Nothing is sent to Pivvi's servers, and the temporary handoff clears itself automatically.
Do I need an account or an API key?
No. No account, no login, no API key. Install it and it works.
Which AI sites does it work on?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok (including Grok on X). More sites are on the roadmap.
What happens when I actually hit a usage limit?
The moment a "usage limit reached" message appears, the rescue card slides in with the top 3 free AIs to continue with — excluding the one that just capped you. Your whole chat is already captured; pick one, and the handoff is copied as the new AI opens.
How does a long chat fit into the next AI's input box?
